Mobile Pizzeria Events Across New York
This page shows the kinds of events we cook for and how each setup looks in practice. We do not post stock photos or borrowed images — what follows describes real formats we run, so you can picture the service at your own venue.
Weddings
station timed around your schedule
Corporate
tight setup, tight window, clean exit
Every setup below is one we have actually run in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens or the Bronx. Where a venue needs something unusual — a freight entrance, a noise curfew, a permit for a park — we say so here rather than at the last minute.
Event formats
What a setup looks like
A typical station uses a portable oven, a prep table, and a serving area, needing roughly a 10 by 10 foot footprint. Four formats, four different rhythms.
Most booked
Weddings
Wedding service usually means a station timed around your schedule. We might serve during cocktail hour, as a late-night bite, or as a casual course at a reception.
In Brooklyn and Manhattan we often work alongside a planner and a full catering team, slotting the pizza service into the evening's flow. The station stays tidy and the line stays short.
Corporate events
Company events call for a tight, professional setup. We arrive, set up quickly, serve within the window, and clear out without disrupting the office. This suits product launches, team celebrations, and client gatherings. We can invoice the company directly and coordinate with building management for access and power.
Birthdays and private parties
At a backyard birthday or a milestone dinner, the pizza station becomes a gathering point. Guests order, chat, and eat without waiting on a formal course. We run these at a relaxed pace, often over two hours. The setup works in gardens, rooftops, lofts, and community spaces across the city.
Venues we have cooked in
We have set up in backyards, lofts, offices, galleries, event halls, and parks with permits. Brooklyn and Manhattan host most of our events, with regular bookings in Queens and the Bronx. Every venue has its own quirks, from loading docks to noise rules, and we ask about them before the day rather than after.

What the venue needs
Setup parameters
Send these details with your inquiry and we can usually confirm feasibility before a site visit.
Planning your event with us
Send your date, venue, and guest count, and we will suggest a format. From there we confirm availability, send a quote, and lock the date.
Photography and sharing
If you would like photos from your event considered for this page, mention it when you book. We only feature images with the host's permission and only when we have the real files. We do not invent galleries or reuse other people's work. Your event stays yours unless you choose to share it.
What we ask of hosts
A quick note at booking is all it takes. We confirm again after the event, and no photo goes up without a reply in writing.
Next step
Send us your date and venue
Tell us the date, the venue and how many guests you are expecting. We will come back with a format suggestion, a quote and the next available slot. If you would like to taste first, we can arrange that too.

Common questions
Short answers to the things hosts ask us most before booking a mobile pizzeria for their event.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekend dates in Brooklyn and Manhattan we usually suggest four to six weeks, and longer during the spring and fall wedding season. Weeknight corporate bookings can often be confirmed on shorter notice — send the date and we will tell you honestly what is open.
Can you cook inside an office or a loft?
Yes, when the building permits it. Many Brooklyn and Manhattan offices and lofts allow an outdoor or semi-outdoor station on a terrace or loading area, which keeps smoke and heat outside. We check the venue's rules on open flame and noise before we commit, and we can talk to building management directly.
What if my venue has stairs or a tight elevator?
We plan for it. When you send the venue address, tell us about stairs, narrow doorways, service elevators or long carries. We adjust the crew and the arrival time accordingly, and on the day we arrive early enough that setup never eats into your service window.
Do you serve outside Brooklyn?
Brooklyn and Manhattan host most of our events, with regular bookings in Queens and the Bronx. If you are planning something further out, tell us where and when — we will let you know whether the travel fits, and if it does not, we will say so rather than string you along.
Talk to us about your event
Clear planning up front is what keeps the event running smoothly, and it is the part we take most seriously. Reach out with your date and we will start there.
