Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Round Table Pizza Catering website at roundtablespizza.rest, operated from 452 Industrial Way, Suite 102, Brooklyn, NY 11222. By using the site, you agree to these terms.

This page describes the rules for using this website. It does not replace the written quote for your event — deposit, cancellation and menu terms arrive with that quote and sit alongside these site terms.

Use of the site

Applies to every visitor

You may use this site to learn about our catering services, request quotes, and submit inquiries. Reading the menu pages, checking event formats and sending a booking question are all ordinary uses and nothing here restricts them.

You agree not to misuse the site. That covers attempts to disrupt or overload it, submitting false or misleading information through an inquiry, copying our pages onto another domain, and using the site for unlawful purposes. Where these terms are violated we may restrict access, and if an inquiry is clearly spam we may simply not respond to it.

You do not need an account to browse, and we do not ask you to create one. Anything you send us through a form is handled under our Privacy Policy, which explains what is collected and how it is used.

Inquiries and quotes

Information on this site, including menu and package descriptions, is for general reference and may change. Submitting an inquiry does not create a binding booking.

A booking exists only after we confirm availability and you approve a written quote. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quoting, so the figures you see described on the site are a starting point rather than a standing price.

Ready to ask about a date? The contact page carries our phone number, email and the form we read every weekday.

How an inquiry becomes a booking

  • You send the details date, guest count, venue, and the format you have in mind
  • We check the calendar we confirm whether the date is open before anything is promised
  • You receive a written quote pricing, inclusions, deposit and cancellation terms in one document
  • You approve it the booking begins at that approval, not before

Bookings and deposits

Confirmed bookings may require a deposit, which will be stated in your quote. Deposit and cancellation terms are provided with the quote and form part of your agreement with us. We recommend reviewing those terms before confirming your event date.

Dates are held once a deposit is received, and until then another enquiry may take the slot. If you are weighing two possible dates, tell us both — we will quote them together so you can compare before you commit to one.

What usually sits in that written quote, so you know what to look for:

  • Deposit amount and when it falls due
  • Cancellation and reschedule windows
  • Guest count the price is based on
  • Service window, venue access and travel within New York City
  • What is included and what is billed separately

Menu and service changes

Menus, toppings, and service formats may vary based on season, availability, and venue constraints. We will inform you of any significant change before your event. Dietary requests are handled when flagged in advance and confirmed by us.

A rooftop with no lift access, a courtyard with no gas line, a loft with a hard load-in window — these change what the crew can do and how long setup takes, so tell us about the venue early. Where a venue cannot support the format you asked for, we will say so before the quote is written rather than on the day.

The current menu is on the Menu page, and the formats we run are described on Our Services.

Flag these in advance

  • Allergies and dietary requirements
  • Venue access, power and water
  • Load-in and service times
  • Guest count changes

  • Written consent before reuse of site content

Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, and we make no promise that it will be error-free or always available. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of the site. This does not affect liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Nothing on this page limits your rights under the written quote for your event, or any right you hold under applicable New York and federal law. Where a term here and a term in your quote disagree, the quote governs the catering service itself.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.

For questions about these terms, contact us at +1-718-555-0194. Office hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday to Sunday by appointment for events.

Common questions

Short answers to the questions we get most often about the terms on this page.

Does sending an inquiry book my date? ▾

No. An inquiry starts a conversation. Your date is booked only after we confirm availability and you approve a written quote. Until a deposit is received, another enquiry may take the slot.

Can the menu change between quoting and the event? ▾

Toppings and formats can shift with season, availability and venue constraints. If a significant change is needed, we tell you before the event rather than on the day, and you can adjust or decline.

Are prices on the site the prices I will pay? ▾

Menu and package descriptions are for general reference. Pricing and availability are confirmed at the time of quoting, so the written quote is the figure that applies to your event.

Can I reuse photos or text from this website? ▾

Not without written consent. Ask us and we will usually agree to a link, a short quotation or a photo credit. Event photographs appear on the site only with the host's permission.
